Our history

  The buisness was Established in 1973 initialy specialized in farm machinery. The company evolved into a full-fledged fabricator of air pollution cleaning systems during the 1970's. Changing with the times, the company has evolved into a contract job shop and contract manufacturer specializing in all forms of machine, metal fabrication, welding, engineering, design and production. From the backyard shop of Phillip Weathers to a 33,000 sq.ft. state of the art machining, welding and fabrication facility.  In 1995, J. Phillip Weathers, passed away turning over the buisness to his spouse, Linda Weathers, their son and daughter-in-law, Phillip R, and Gwen Weathers to carry out his dream for generations.
